The wall on the Bath Rd bridge is leaning. I'm concerned that it will fall onto a pedestrian. The bridge was built for horse drawn vehicles, not 40+ tonne trucks. The bridge has sparse maintenance, there are trees growing out of both walls.

I'm uploading photos of HGV's in Tetbury, Glos. Taken over 3 hrs, over 14/3 and 15/3. Can these vehicles be appropriate for Tetbury in 2023? The roads are not capable of carrying such sizes, the articulated vehicles need to use both sides of the road to complete their turns.
