I didn’t use part of the compliant route because of a road closure. Will I get a PCN?

The London Councils operates the London Lorry Control scheme and therefore decides on if a PCN is issued. If a PCN is issued we advise you to send details of the compliant route from your Lorry Route account with an explanation of what happened.

I received a PCN from London Councils, what do I do?
  • Login to your Lorry Route account.
  • Find the route you have received a PCN for.
  • Send the route details to London Councils with an explanation of the route you used.
How does Lorry Route help me with the London Lorry Control Scheme?
